Westpark Corporate Center garage is among the first in the U.S. to achieve Green Garage Certification by the Green Parking Council. To become certified, the SP+ managed parking facility was evaluated on 48 elements of garage operation, programs, structure, and technology.

Westpark in Tyson Corner, VA is an enclosed five-level parking structure with 1,486 spaces, supporting a 500,000 square-foot office park containing two nine-story buildings. As a Certified Green Garage, the facility was recognized for its sustainable parking practices and programs, including a shared parking program for tenants, strong building maintenance program, energy efficient lighting and mechanical systems, electric vehicle charging stations, and compliance with Green Globe Stormwater Management Criteria.
