Transit, Shuttle and Bus Operational Analysis

SP+ will provide a review of existing or proposed transit/shuttle/bus operations. The analysis will include review of the following components of the transportation program:

  • Ridership
  • Route efficiency
  • Vehicle selection
  • Maintenance operations and schedule
  • QA/QC program
  • Staff program
  • Technology

Additionally, SP+ performs surveys to identify customer levels of satisfaction and identify potential areas of improvement. SP+ will provide recommendations on:

  • Current operations
  • Accommodations for ridership
  • Operational structure
  • Options to outsource

SP+ will perform a limited peer review and a 5-year financial analysis including growth scenarios for the potential options to outsource.
