Operational Excellence Support Group

The Operational Excellence Support Group is a dedicated team who provides regional assistance to local management teams on improving the Net Operating Income at the locations in their area. The Support Group will review upon request all aspects of an operation, including revenue, marketing, pricing, traffic flow, controls, and expenses, and then makes recommendations on parking rates, payroll costs, or the implementation of new technologies and applications.
