Victor Alistar, Regional Manager, has relocated to the Company’s Phoenix office, where he has assumed responsibility for operations and business development efforts in Phoenix, Las Vegas and Sacramento. Victor reports to Dave Kilfoyle, Senior Vice President in the West.

This is the first time SP+ has based a Regional Manager in the Phoenix market, reflecting the Company’s strategic commitment to additional resources in this geographic area. Prior to his relocation, Victor served as Regional Manager in Sacramento.

Victor has held management positions for both Central Parking and Standard Parking during the last eight years. He has held memberships in numerous industry associations including the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Downtown Partnership and several regional parking associations.

Victor received his Bachelor’s Degree in Management and MBA from Golden Gate University of San Francisco.
