Simone is currently the Facility Manager for the Harvard Medical School in Boston. One thing she values the most from her job is the relationships that she forms with her teammates and her clients.

“With seven months as a Facility Manager and 12 years as an Administrator, Bookkeeper and Office Manager, my greatest accomplishment has been the relationships I’ve developed and enjoyed throughout my career to include clients whom I haven’t worked with in years. I continue to reach out to my former clients from time to time, and I really treasure those connections.

What I like best about my job are the people I work with across the board, from my employees to the client to my bosses. I am also supported by my leadership in various avenues that help me to be successful.“
