Most recently, SP+ was instrumental in facilitating all aspects of procuring, managing and implementing the automation of the Plaza Tower Parking Garage. With the mixed usage of this garage serving the Office Tower, the Westin Hotel and performance parking for Segerstrom Center for the arts the task was very complex.
