Bill Bodenhamer

Bill Bodenhamer is Chairman, USA Parking System, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of SP Plus Corporation. Bill joined SP Plus in 2001 and has held key business leadership roles with SP Plus, including Executive Vice President-Hospitality Division. Prior to joining the Company Bill was the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of USA Parking System, Inc. In addition to his current position, Bill serves on the board of directors of the American Automobile Association and the Auto Club Group. Bill attended East Carolina University.
