All of this information can be accessed by clients in real-time through their desktop or mobile devices.

Clients can also monitor payroll with the system’s face recognition clock feature, which eliminates “buddy punching,” alerts supervisors of employees approaching overtime, and allows supervisors to transfer hours and tips (if any) into Kronos.

In addition to providing a snapshot of the operations, INSIGHT Valet System improves the customer experience with special features such sending parking tickets and information to customers via text, SMS live chat for customer support, text ahead for vehicle pickup, and integration with SP+’s Parking.com and other third-party channels for online sales.
