“In May of 2016 our hotel decided to go 100% valet and SP+ to be our parking partner due to their reputation in Asheville. We were very concerned how this would affect our guests who many of which are repeat. The SP+ team came in with a plan, qualified valet attendants, and were very organized and proactive making our lives as hotel managers much easier than we had thought. SP+ is now an extension of our team and the valet attendants are offering high levels of service and great lovable personalities to our guests as they arrive to spend a lot of money for their stay at the hotel. Management is very responsive to our needs as we learn more about guest preferences as it relates to valet. The guys and gals are also getting a lot of compliments online and elsewhere from our guests. Another plus is we make a lot more money from our parking operation.”
