Organizational and Operational Assessment

SP+ will provide comprehensive organizational and operational assessments. The assessments will include review and evaluation of the following:

  • Existing SOP’s and policies
  • Hours of operation
  • Staffing levels
  • Equipment
  • Working conditions
  • Signage/wayfinding

Additionally, SP+ will interview management and field level personnel, as well as job shadow employees.
