SP+ Facility Maintenance has introduced a new class of sustainable solutions to parking lot sweeping and scrubbing. We offer clients monthly or weekly sweeping services to remove debris and litter and to collect fine grain dirt, sand, dust, pebbles and other materials from their properties.
We utilize the latest eco-friendly technologies to deep clean surfaces. Our team uses the industry’s leading eco-friendly sweeper-scrubber running on propane. The machine allows us to dry sweep and wet scrub surfaces with a single pass—therefore increasing fuel efficiency and runtime efficiency. Dry debris are kept dry without introducing scrub solution in to the debris hopper, and all water and debris are removed and disposed of properly.
