SP+ University Services has secured an agreement to consult for Colorado State University. Colorado State University (CSU) is a vibrant and growing campus working to make big changes for today and well into the future. A $1.3 billion growth phase that began in 2010 is highlighted by construction of a new multi-purpose on-campus stadium with seating for 41,000 Ram fans, the CSU Health and Medical Center project slated for in 2017 and a new chemistry building and biology building that will comprise the science mall that will allow students to work side by side with researchers.
Growth on this scale requires big changes in parking and transportation and CSU has hired SP+ University Services to conduct a peer analysis of parking practices to help the university make the right adjustments for the future.
SP+ will evaluate permitting practices, rates, hours of operation and visitor and event operations and work closely with CSU to develop a modern permit allocation model for students, faculty and staff to improve customer service, reduce campus congestion and to promote the efficient use of the university’s parking resources.
SP+ is honored to be Colorado State’s parking partner and serve the CSU campus community.
