The SP+ team in Philadelphia hosted a dinner this past Friday for guests of the Gift of Life Family House, a local charity in Philadelphia that offers affordable accommodations and supportive services to transplant patients and their families.
“We cooked dinner for 45 people,” said Todd Rosen, Regional Manager at SP+. “We brought in all the food, and the group cooked for everyone who is staying there.”
A buffet-style dinner was offered to guests featuring the team’s favorite dishes, which includes BBQ chicken, Italian-style chicken, macaroni and cheese, roasted vegetables, rice, and salad.
Many of the SP+ volunteers said they were happy to spend their Friday evening giving back to the community, and looked forward to continuing their support of the Gift of Life Family House and other local non-profit organizations.
