Patients and staff at Levine Children’s Hospital at Carolinas Medical Center received a special Valentine’s surprise on February 12, 2016 from the SP+ team in the Charlotte Region. SP+ distributed 200 teddy bears for children in the Children’s Hospital, NICU, Children’s Library, and Children’s Emergency Department.

According to Regional Manager, Kerry Beck, SP+ wanted to give a special Valentine’s treat to the children and parents using the hospital. “Some of the babies we saw were smaller than the bears,” said Beck. “We want to give the children and parents a special treat, and let them know that we’re thinking about them.”

SP+ Hospital Services has managed the parking operations at Carolinas Healthcare System since February 2015.
